What we do is provide a professional recruitment service tailored to your individual needs. We do take detailed notes of your job specification, attempt to understand your company culture and take the strain out of advertising and sifting through the inevitable flood of applications.

We have a bank of candidates who have been subject to a lengthy interview and tested as to their declared competence. All qualifications are checked. This activity ensures not only the ability of the applicant to carry out a job but also provides us with a detailed understanding of the applicant’s character.

We match your requirements with their skills and ensure that they will fit into your business from a personality profile. A shortlist of three to four candidates is then provided to you. A backup list is prepared at the same time in case any of the original selection fallout of contention.

If our database fails to provide the required candidates we will tell you and agree on a way forward. Quite often this requires either some modification to the job specification, salary level etc or indeed may require an advert which we will undertake to do either on your behalf or as part of our normal advertising programme.
